Safety is always on the mind of parents, and even more so when you have a special needs child. We worry that they may get physically hurt trying to do an activity that their bodies may not be capable of, and we worry that they may get lost. We worry that someone may take advantage of them because of their issues; targeting them because it seems “easy”. And if your child is non-verbal, the fears are even more heightened.

Well, to help in our never ending battle for safety, Safetytat has added a new product to their line of safety tattoos. They are Quick Stick write-on temporary Tattoos! These great tattoos are water proof and ultra-durable, and best of all they are write-on. That means that you can choose what to write on each tattoo. Maybe you want to use Grandma’s mobile phone number during your child’s annual visit with Grandma at the beach. Or maybe you want to tell someone how to contact you AND that your child is non-verbal or has dietary restrictions. There is no limit to what you can write on these tattoos and who says you only need to use one at a time.

I love the idea of the Quick Stick tattoos. Not only are they great for putting information on your child, but they are really easy to use. All you do is peel and stick; no water is needed. So you can apply them on the fly. Keep them in your purse or car and use them when you decide to take that spur of the moment trip to the water park (remember they are water-proof), on when you go on that cross country vacation to visit the national parks (they last for up to 2 weeks!). And when you get home you simply peel up the edge to remove. Safetytats are skin safe, hypoallergenic and Latex-free!

BUY IT!

Safetytats is offering a coupon code for 15% off any order of $15 or more. Good from today until July 6, 2009. Here is the code to use: MatthewsPuzzle06

I would use them for anytime we have to go somewhere with a big crowd. It'd be tempting to use them when just grocery shopping! It's sometimes hard to keep track of 3 children at the same time!

Awesome product

I love that you don't even need water to apply these. I would use them for Mya at Keison's lacrosse touraments. There are TONS of people and if she ever got lost it would be terrible.
